Flow Chart

EcuAlerta® — Early Warning System
EcuAlerta® is a citizen-connected, multi-hazard early warning and information system designed to support prevention, monitoring, alerting, communication and coordinated response. It connects the citizen-facing application, SOS and emergency functions, geographic information, specialized solutions such as MiPaís™, communications networks, connected devices, the dAtoComm™ intelligence/controller layer, and the Monitoring & Command Dashboard into a two-way information ecosystem.

Unified Technology

A unified technology architecture is designed to connect, integrate and coordinate legacy systems with new and emerging technologies, allowing them to operate together rather than as separate or isolated systems. It enables data, alerts, intelligence and communications to move securely between different applications, devices, networks and platforms, while providing users and authorized operators with a common interface, shared operational picture and centralized view for monitoring, communication, coordination and informed decision-making.

Unified Data

Information from citizens, institutions, technical sources, AI agents, sensors, maps, connected devices and other systems into a common intelligence environment. EcuAlerta® / dAtoComm™ can organize, correlate, route and present this information through the Monitoring & Command Dashboard, helping authorized users maintain a more complete operational picture for monitoring, situational awareness, reporting and decision-making.

Unified Communications

Connects the different ways information moves throughout the EcuAlerta® ecosystem. This includes the citizen-facing app, SOS and alerts, notifications, radio/streaming, email, connected devices, cellular networks, Internet, satellite-capable communications and institutional channels. The objective is resilient, two-way communication between citizens, operators, institutions and connected systems.
