ChimneyCrete® is a refractory fire clay cast-able product. It is also sometimes used in place of firebrick it may be pumped, casted, troweled, or sprayed for chimneys, fireplaces, wood stoves, hearths, walls, boilers, furnaces, and other high temperature applications.

ChimneyCrete® a chimney repair solution, masonry repair and restoration products ideal for spraying, casting, hand troweling over masonry, firebrick, clay in a fireplace and or any masonry chimney system. Combining insulating value and strength, ChimneyCrete® is NFPA 211 compliant and meets ASTM C315 & C1283 repair requirements, ASTM C-199 Pier Test for Refractory’s, & Tested ASTM C856-04 Acid and Crack Resistance.

  Requirements
• ChimneyCrete® should be applied by an experienced tradesman.
• ChimneyCrete® sticks to most any non slippery surface & strengthens any wall.
• Good for applications over 2000°F.
• Use for installations or repairs to brick, block, stone, fireclay flues, bricks, other fireclay and refractory products.

ChimneyCrete®, warranties the product for 2 years to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material under normal use and service provided the purchaser pursuant to this warranty properly maintain the chimney. Such maintenance shall be performed by a ChimneyCrete® approved representative with methods that do not impair structural performance during the annual sweeping with a plastic bristle brush, no metal brushes nor chemical chimney cleaners to be used. The evaluation and cleaning of the chimney is not an expense covered by this warranty and the installation of a chimney cap, or other approved termination is a requirement.

This warranty will cease to exist and no longer apply if the original chimney substrate is disturbed or damaged in any way and we will not be responsible for damage caused by misuse of fuels or heating appliances, faulty connections into the chimney, or for damage caused by incorrect maintenance of the chimney. Consequential damages resulting from a failure are not covered by this warranty, nor are damages due to failure of substrate or Acts of God.

For this warranty to apply, the customer must notify the installer in writing of the claim under this warranty within seven (7) days of the fault becoming apparent. On being notified of the claim, ChimneyCrete® and or its representative shall inspect the product and if there is no defect shall charge the customer for the time and expense involved. Not withstanding any of the above, total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the total price of materials bought, and is subject to full payment of the invoice within the time specified. Upon approval of your claim, ChimneyCrete® shall provide new material to you as your exclusive remedy. Neither ChimneyCrete® nor the installer of the ChimneyCrete® shall be liable for any removal or installation charges or for any special, incidental, or consequential damages in any way relating to, or arising out of, defects in, or damage to, the ChimneyCrete® or the chimney substrate to which the ChimneyCrete® has been installed. This warranty gives specific legal rights; you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.refractory products.
